Refund policy

Hopefully it’s a love match between you and your RR gear. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your RR accessories to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (obviously the product needs to be unused and still brand new, because otherwise eww!!).

Just shoot us an email by contacting us at info@regentrituals.com and we’ll organise a return.

If your return is given the green light, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unforts, items sent back to us without asking us beforehand is a big no no and won't be accepted.

But we just know you’ll love your stuff, so in the likely case you don’t have any issues we’re also open to love letters and fan mail. 

 

Damages and issues
When you open your gorgeous package (Eep! we're excited for you) make sure you have a good look at it and get in touch immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item (that's awkward), so that we can turn that frown upside down and and make it allll gooood.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For obvious reasons, if your item has been customised, unfortunately these can't be returned. It's yours for life, friend.

Unforts, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards either. I know, we're total party poopers.


Exchanges
Let's make this easy for everyone involved. Just return the item you have, once that's accepted, make a separate purchase for a brand spanking new one. BOOM. 


Refunds
We'll hollar once we’ve received and looked over your return. That's when we'll let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. As much as we'd love to click our fingers and have your money bank in your account, please remember it can (and probably will) take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
